Job Title: Marketing & Project Coordinator (Part-Time)
Location: Remote (Must be located in Florida and able to attend bi-monthly in-person meetings on Fleming Island, FL)
Job Type: Daytime, part-time (flexible from 20-25 hours/weekly).

Job Overview
We’re looking for a highly organized, tech-savvy, and creative Marketing & Project Coordinator to support our marketing efforts and administrative tasks. This role involves social media management, graphic design, content creation, project coordination, and general administrative support. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, proactive, and eager to contribute to a growing team.
Key Responsibilities
- Social Media Management: Create, schedule, and manage content across platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.).
- Graphic Design: Utilize Adobe, Canva, or other design tools for marketing materials, social media posts, and branding assets.
- Content Creation: Write engaging captions, blog posts, and basic copy for digital marketing campaigns.
- Client Coordination: Assist in gathering client requirements, updating project timelines, and ensuring deliverables meet deadlines.
- Administrative Support: Assist with email campaigns, website updates, reviewing and examining timesheets, project software, and internal marketing.
- Data Entry & Project Assistance: Manage client files, track engagement metrics, and maintain organized digital assets.
What We’re Looking For
- Strong knowledge of social media platforms and content trends.
- Proficiency in graphic design (Adobe or Canva is a plus).
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
- Strong writing skills for marketing copy, captions, and emails.
- Tech-savvy with the ability to learn new tools such as Trello and Toggl.
- Ability to work independently and take detailed instructions.
- Professional demeanor with a friendly and positive attitude.
- Reliable transportation and ability to attend bi-monthly in-person meetings in Jacksonville, FL.
Bonus Skills (Preferred, but not Required)
- Experience with email marketing platforms (Constant Contact, Mailchimp, Klaviyo, etc.).
- SEO and website management (WordPress experience a plus).
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office 365 and LastPass.
Home Office Requirements
- Personal computer with sufficient processing power for daily tasks.
- Secure and stable internet connection with firewall protection.
- Updated security software on all work devices.
- Camera and microphone for video meetings (company may provide equipment if needed).
- Quiet and professional workspace for virtual meetings.
